Welcome to DeenSync. By using DeenSync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. What DeenSync Provides
DeenSync helps students organize their schedules around daily prayers. Features may include class scheduling, prayer time calculations, conflict detection, focus tools, and premium planning tools.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate schedule information, maintaining the security of your account, and using the platform respectfully.
Prayer times shown in DeenSync are estimates based on available data and selected settings. Users should independently verify prayer times when necessary.
3. Accounts
You may need to create an account to use DeenSync. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Premium Subscriptions
DeenSync Premium is available through monthly and yearly subscription plans. Premium may include focus tools, planning insights, daily spiritual reminders, and other enhanced features.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Pricing and available features may change in the future. Any changes will not affect the current billing period.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform functionality, copy or resell the product, or use DeenSync for unlawful purposes.
7. Availability and Accuracy
DeenSync is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy of schedules, prayer times, recommendations, or other information.
8. Limitation of Liability
DeenSync is not responsible for missed prayers, missed classes, scheduling mistakes, data loss, or any damages resulting from use of the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DeenSync after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
