DeenSync Premium is a digital subscription product. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Subscription Plans
DeenSync Premium is available through monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page by selecting “Manage Billing.” After cancellation, Premium access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
3. Refunds
Because DeenSync Premium is a digital subscription service, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Exceptions
If you were billed accidentally, charged more than once, or experienced a technical issue that prevented access to Premium features, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review the situation and may issue a refund where appropriate.
